Which risk factor is responsible for more deaths around the world?

Well it is not smoking not even high blood pressure.

This study shows that in 2017, 1 out of 5 (which translates to 11 million people)died because of sodium, diets packed with red and unprocessed meat, sugar sweetened drinks(soda)and trans fats. Diet beverages as well have been linked to a high risk of stroke and heart attacks.

In January ,Consortium showed that cutting up red meat and sugar consumption by half and up taking vegetables ,fruits, nuts and seeds could prevent up to 11.6 million premature deaths without harming the planet.

This could prevent the top 3 killer chronic health defects:Cardiovascular diseases,Cancers and Type II diabetes.


Life is more enjoyable when we are full of life and health in our golden years, than spending most of our lifetime fighting diseases or mental problems.
